RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work in cardiovascular surgery operating room with 10 ORs and a cysto room
• Day shift operations with night shift on-call only
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Work weekends 2 weeks out of the month
• Minimum 3 years of recent cardiovascular surgery experience required
• On and off pump CABG experience required
• Vascular surgery experience preferred
• CV OR experience preferred
• Participate in typical procedures including off pump CABG, on pump CABG, vascular bypass, carotid endarterectomy, and PPM revision
• Required certifications: RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Use Expanse EMR system
• Work with anesthesia techs, nurse techs, circulators, surgical techs, charge nurses, managers, and directors
• Must demonstrate hardworking attitude and team player mentality
