Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Schedule determined by manager
• On-call requirements: weeknight call from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM and one weekend per month from Friday end of day until Monday 7:00 AM
• 30-minute call response time required
• Average 5-6 cases per day, majority are cardiac catheterizations (diagnostic and interventional)
• Must be able to scrub and monitor patients
• Handle right and left heart catheterizations with or without intervention and PCI procedures
• Must be able to float to pre and post care for cath lab, GI and IR patients
• Work flexibly between Cath Lab and IR cases
• Minimum 2 years interventional cath lab experience required
• WA Radiation Technologist license required
• Must provide own radiation badge (facility will not provide)
• Required certifications: RCIS, ARRT, Certified Cardiac Interventional Rad Tech - ARRT (CI)
• Work with EPIC EMR system and GE MacLab equipment
• 3-day unit orientation with preceptor
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must demonstrate flexibility and teamwork mentality in small staff pool environment
