RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Night shift position
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Prior travel experience required - no local candidates accepted
• Required certifications: NM RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in emergency care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Follow state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures
• Plan for safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department setting
• Hold shift accountability for emergency room patient care
