Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Pre Op
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM with variable/flexible scheduling
• 13-week assignment length
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:1 in pre-op and 3:1 RN in short stay (Phase II)
• 2+ years of hospital/travel experience required
• Must have pre-op and Phase II surgical discharge experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Active Texas RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
• PACU experience and IV skills preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Perform pain blocks with anesthesia
• Work with equipment including Meditech and Hobilab
• Float within facility as required per Methodist floating policy
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must maintain clean and neat appearance with covered body art when possible
• Visible piercings other than ears prohibited

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
