Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable day/night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Overtime pay after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to ER and ICU to assist when needed
• Subject to low census and on-call requirements with 2-hour minimum call back
• Patient ratios: Day shift 1:4-1:5, Night shift 1:6 average
• Care for geriatric patients with conditions including CHF, COPD, and diabetes
• Any colored scrubs required
• Must have current Michigan RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience with ICU and ER experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Mask required at all times during flu season if flu/COVID vaccination declined
