Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Weekend and holiday work as needed for call coverage
• Float requirements to HYMC Woodruff location
• Subject to low census and being placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Perform 8-12 ultrasound exams per day
• Work alongside 1-3 other technologists
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ARDMS RDCS, RVT or CCI
• Experience required with breast imaging, biopsies, and OB procedures
• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in allied health field preferred
• Perform routine general ultrasound, arterial studies, venous duplex, and carotid examinations
• Any scrub colors acceptable
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Holiday rotation requirements for call coverage
