Opportunity:

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• 13-week contract position with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM with occasional flexibility
• Variable day schedule with no weekend requirements
• No holiday call rotation required
• May be placed on call for low census with 2-hour minimum call back
• May be required to float to Aspirus Merrill, Antigo, Medford, or Stanley locations if needed
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ARRT(N) or CNMT
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• Associate's degree or certificate required
• Epic and Merge PACS charting experience required (facility will provide training)
• Knowledge of SPECT/CT and/or PET/CT preferred (training provided)
• Siemens equipment experience preferred
• Perform general nuclear medicine studies including bone scans, renal, HIDA, gastric emptying, thyroid, lympho, cardiac, and parathyroid exams
• Work with Symbia Evo SPECT, Symbia Intevo SPECT/CT, Capintec Thyroid probe, and Siemens Biograph Vision X PET/CT Scanner
• Scrub colors: any color or print, must be clean and work appropriate
• Must comply with flu and COVID vaccination policy or wear mask at all times during flu season
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius from facility
