Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

IR Tech - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour flexible shifts typically 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Must be outside 50 miles from facility (radius rule)
• Float to other locations in central region if needed
• 1-2 nights of weeknight call as needed with 30-minute response time
• Every 4th weekend call rotation and holidays as needed
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, Wisconsin license (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Minimum 2+ years experience in interventional cath procedures, interventional vascular procedures, or interventional neurology
• Epic charting experience highly preferred
• Work in fast-paced IR unit with variety of procedures averaging 4-6 cases per day
• Work 1:1 with team of 1 RN and 2 Rad Techs
• Perform high quality radiologic exams, interventional medical sonography exams, cone beam CT exams with three-dimensional reconstruction
• Handle complex procedures including interventional radiology, vascular interventional, and neuro interventional cases
• Any colored scrubs required
• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
