Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 9-hour variable day shifts from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, 4 days per week
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
• 13-week contract assignment
• On-call coverage required 1-2 nights per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend on-call coverage every 5th-6th weekend from Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
• 30-minute response time required for call coverage
• Holiday rotation as needed (1 holiday required)
• Float assignment limited to Cath Lab only
• Required certifications: RCIS, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with strong skills in high-risk cases
• Must be comfortable being the primary technologist on cases
• Experience with structural cases strongly preferred (TAVR, Mitraclips, Watchman)
• Must have experience scrubbing in with physicians for high-risk PCI procedures
• Epic charting experience required
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Work with 4-person teams including RNs and techs alongside 3 interventional cardiologists
• Fast-paced environment handling caths, PCIs with impella support, and structural heart procedures
• Surgical blues scrubs provided by hospital
• 8-hour unbillable orientation required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
