Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day/night variable shifts every weekend
• Contract length of 13 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Will not flip shifts on the same weekend of work
• Approximately 50/50 split of day and night shifts
• Must be willing to float to Med/Surg as needed
• Optional call responsibilities available
• Holiday rotation required
• Required licenses and certifications: IA RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP
• Minimum 2-3 years of emergency department experience required
• Preceptor or charge experience is preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must be able to function independently in a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Work in 7-bed emergency department with average volumes of 10 patients per day
• Collaborate with mix of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• No scrub color preference
• 8 hours of unbillable orientation provided
• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer
