Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Work 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• No on-call requirements
• Float to general care outside of assigned ICU
• Workload dependent on RVU basis with 580 minutes assigned out of 720-minute shift
• ICU assignments may have higher RVU allocation
• One week department orientation followed by shadowing and training
• Third week will be in charge of own assignment
• Epic access required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• RRT or CRT certification accepted
• 2 years of experience required
• Both PICU and NICU experience required (NOT PEDS)
• Virginia license required
• Scrubs: Charcoal Gray or Pewter

The facility utilizes Epic electronic health records and maintains a structured orientation program for respiratory therapy staff.
