Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• 1 major and 1 minor holiday requirement
• 2 years of experience required with both PICU and NICU experience (NOT general pediatrics)
• RRT or CRT certification accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• Virginia license required
• Epic access needed for documentation
• Float to general care outside of assigned ICU as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Workload based on RVU system with 580 minutes assigned out of 720-minute shift
• ICU assignments may have higher RVU allocation
• One week department orientation followed by shadowing and training to general care
• Third week will be in charge of own assignment
• Dress code: Charcoal Gray or Pewter scrubs required
