Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 5 x 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• 8 hours guaranteed per day
• No call responsibilities
• Variable weekend schedule - rare, but may be required on Saturdays if proton machine is down during the week
• Must have active VA state license at time of submission
• Minimum 2+ years experience required with Varian treatment systems, Varian Truebeam, Varian Trilogy, IBA Proton, and Aria EMR
• Required certifications: RT(T), BLS (must be AHA)
• Gray scrubs required for dress code
• Patient ratio: 2 RTTs to 1 patient
• Work in facility with 7 treatment rooms
• Complete Inova orientation, EPIC training, and department orientation with chief or lead therapist
• Holiday week treatment schedules may apply
• No floating expectations
