Opportunity:

RN - ICU/CCU Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Position available after 12/20/25
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care for critical care patients
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews
• Complete bedside shift reports and patient teaching
• Function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing staff and students
• Participate in evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives
• Required licenses: RN (Single State or Compact)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (or obtain within 180 days)
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
