Opportunity:

RN - CCU Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Provide direct patient care in critical care unit environment
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Coordinate safe quality patient care delivery and documentation
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nurses and healthcare staff
• Complete all mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Required certifications: RN license (single state or compact), BLS, and ACLS (within 180 days)
• Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to function in fast-paced emergency situations
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
