Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week with shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirements include 1 weeknight per week and 1-2 weekends per month
• Holiday coverage required: minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Must hold current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Diploma from accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and performance improvement activities
• Complete mandatory education and competency assessments
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
