Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 6-week assignment with day shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• On-call requirements include 3 shifts per month and one 24-hour weekend per month
• Holiday coverage required for minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
• PALS certification required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must have current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Less than 1 year of experience required with completion of accredited nursing program
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from accredited school preferred
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care adapting to cultural diversity
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
• Complete mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Support evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives
• Must possess strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and speak English required
