Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• 6-week assignment duration
• Must be open to working various days of the week
• On-call responsibilities per unit needs
• Minimum every other weekend required
• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required
• Provide direct patient care as part of interdisciplinary team
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care
• Coordinate care delivery and complete timely documentation
• Participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Required education: Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Required certifications: RN license (single state or compact) and BLS certification
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
• Complete Wellstar cover sheet required for submission
