Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shift Monday through Friday between 6:45 AM to 6:15 PM
• PACU experience required
• Must be ACLS, BLS, and PALS certified
• On-call availability required per unit needs
• Holiday requirement: minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapting to cultural diversity
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication methods and rounds
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments
• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses
• Participate in evidence-based practice and performance improvement activities
• Must hold Georgia RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• Diploma from accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred
• Less than 1 year experience acceptable with completion of accredited nursing program
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
