Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Must be open to working various days of the week
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Minimum 1 major and 1 minor holiday coverage required
• No on-call requirements
• Previous Level II or higher NICU experience with 2+ years required
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS (Basic Life Support or equivalent), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program or equivalent)
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and shared governance activities
• Complete all mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to function in fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, and critical thinking abilities
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills
