Description
Opportunity:
Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts
• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures and diagnostic studies
• Assist with providing safe, age-appropriate care to patients by performing all exams per department procedures
• Verify proper clinician orders and obtain complete clinical history
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals following established procedures
• Review images for clinically acceptable results and release patients
• Position patients for procedures and assist with equipment setup
• Maintain competency with venipuncture and sterile technique
• Respond to emergency situations and maintain life support equipment
• Transport patients and help them on and off procedure tables
• Complete patient charging activities on the day service is rendered
• Take call when necessary
• Required certifications: ARRT-N (ARRT Nuclear Technology) or CNMT (Certified Nuclear Med Tech), BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Must be graduate of AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Program
• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical setting required
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to function effectively in stressful and fast-paced work environment
• Must maintain equipment, restock supplies, and keep department clean and orderly

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
