RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - IMC Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Must be able to work various days of the week
• Work every third weekend
• Holiday requirements: minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
• Must have experience caring for IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) patients
• May float to Med/Surg units as needed
• Required licenses and certifications: Georgia RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care for diverse patient populations
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reporting
• Complete timely documentation and maintain clinical competencies
• Support evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as preceptor/mentor for nursing staff and students as needed
