Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, 3 days per week
• Schedule primarily Monday through Friday with possible weekend call shifts
• On-call responsibilities per unit rotation with 30-minute call back requirement
• Work as a proactive member of interdisciplinary perioperative team
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted for population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete timely documentation and maintain respectful clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification
• Associates degree in nursing or diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills necessary
