Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Call requirements range from 28-32 hours in a 4-week period, never to exceed 40 hours
• Minimum 5 years of OR experience required
• Strong proficiency required in 2 of these 3 specialties: Neurology, Orthopedics, Vascular
• Must be available to start within 4 weeks
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: Georgia RN license or multi-state compact license, BLS, PALS
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
• Complete mandatory education and competency assessments
• Support evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Function effectively in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
