Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend requirements
• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
• Perform mammography examinations according to department procedures
• Obtain complete clinical history and assess for contraindicating conditions
• Review radiographic images for clinically acceptable results
• Maintain minimum FDA/MQSA requirements for continuing education and experience
• Complete ACR/MQSA quality control tests including phantom, visual checklist, repeat analysis, and compression tests
• Operate all radiographic equipment safely and competently
• Maintain first-time acceptance rate of 95 percent for image quality
• Transport and position patients for procedures
• Required certifications: ARRT-M (Mammography), ARRT-R (Radiography), BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist required
• Minimum 1 year mammography experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service
• Ability to work independently under pressure while participating in team environment
• Knowledge of anatomy and pathology as they relate to procedure quality
