Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Job Details:

• Work weekend shifts: Friday 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
• Perform mammography exams according to department procedures with independent judgment
• Obtain complete clinical history and assess for contraindicating conditions
• Review radiographic images for clinically acceptable results
• Set up equipment and position patients for procedures
• Maintain minimum FDA/MQSA requirements for continuing education and experience
• Demonstrate competence in age-appropriate patient care and procedures
• Adjust technique to ensure optimal image quality and maintain 95% first-time acceptance rate
• Complete all studies in RIS with proper orientation, marking, and labeling
• Perform ACR/MQSA QC tests including phantom, visual checklist, and repeat analysis
• Transport and position patients, apply shielding as needed
• Maintain clean and orderly mammography department
• Required certifications: ARRT-M (Mammography), ARRT-R (Radiography), BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience as radiologic technologist required
• Minimum 1 year mammography experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure while participating in team environment
