RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - GI Lab Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating days off
• On-call requirement: 1 day per week and every 4th weekend
• Work in GI lab performing pre-procedure, post-procedure, and procedure room duties
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Coordinate care delivery and documentation for safe, quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration and shared governance activities
• Complete mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Serve as preceptor/mentor for other nursing staff and students
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or COMPACT), BLS, ACLS
• Required dress code: Navy blue and white scrubs
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Must have strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
