Opportunity:

Job Details:

• Work as a flexible RN across various service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics
• Participate in assigned call schedules as required
• Maintain professional image and exhibit excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers
• Assess patient needs based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and diagnostic data analysis
• Delegate, supervise, and evaluate activities of other team members while executing immediate directives in urgent situations
• Provide appropriate nursing interventions consistent with Plan of Care and standards of practice
• Complete verification of Safe Surgery checklist using service excellence standards
• Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely in timely manner
• Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patient and staff
• Prepare operating room for patient procedures and position patients on operating table
• Serve as communication liaison to family and members of the operating team
• Assist in control and maintenance of supplies and equipment
• Perform all circulating duties with efficiency and speed
• Computer skills required with knowledge of programs utilized for patient care delivery
• Demonstrate continued professional growth through goal setting and educational participation
