Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts on the Surgical/Ortho Unit
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week (will not accept 36 hours)
• 13-week contract assignment
• No blocked scheduling
• Every other weekend/holiday required unless given time off approval
• Float throughout all Med Surg/Tele units and in-patient areas
• May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance
• Patient ratio: 1:6
• Must have 1 year RN experience in specialty
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Required certifications: KY/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• EKG test required during compliance process
• CareView/EPIC charting experience preferred, will train on-site
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Black scrubs required
• Must be hard worker, resilient, manages change well, social, reliable, and team player
• 75 mile radius rule applies
• No on-call or call back requirements

The organization maintains high standards for patient care and operates multiple in-patient units with varying bed capacities ranging from 15-45 beds depending on the specific unit.
