Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts with 48 guaranteed hours per week (will not accept 36 hours)
• 13-week contract length with ASAP start date
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• Float between Med Surg/Tele units and all in-patient areas as needed
• May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance
• Every other weekend and holiday required unless time off approval granted
• Patient ratio of 1:6 with 15-45 beds depending on assigned unit
• Required to wear black scrubs
• Must pass EKG test during compliance process
• Required certifications: Kentucky/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in specialty with Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Care View/EPIC charting experience preferred, will provide on-site training
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Must be hard worker, resilient, manage change well, social, reliable, and team-player
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
• Must work within 75 mile radius rule
