Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts on Surgical/Ortho Unit
• 8-week contract length
• 48 guaranteed hours per week required (will not accept 36 hours)
• No blocked scheduling permitted
• Float throughout all Med Surg/Tele inpatient areas as needed
• May be assigned aide duties when other units need assistance
• Every other weekend/holiday required unless given time off approval
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:6 with 15-45 beds depending on unit assignment
• Must have 1 year RN experience in specialty with Level I or Level II Trauma experience
• Required to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Scrub colors: black
• Required certifications: KY/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• EKG test required during compliance process
• Care View/EPIC charting experience preferred, on-site training provided
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Must work within 75 mile radius rule
• Looking for hard working, resilient candidates who manage change well
