RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts in intensive care unit
• 8-week contract with 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity
• Float requirements to medical surgical or cardiac units with lower ratios as needed
• May float throughout all in-patient areas and assist as aide when units need additional support
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required unless given time off approval
• Blocked schedule requests only accommodated for weekend rotations
• Required certifications: Kentucky/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• EKG test required during compliance process
• Minimum 2 years specialty experience required
• Must have Level I or Level II trauma experience
• Level I or Level II ICU skillset required
• CareView/EPIC charting experience preferred, on-site training provided
• Must demonstrate resilience, ability to manage change, strong social skills, reliability, and teamwork
• Dress code requirement: royal blue scrubs
• 75-mile radius rule applies
• Guaranteed hours not applicable during orientation week

The intensive care unit features 59 beds and maintains high acuity patient care with specialized trauma capabilities.
