RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with blocked schedule requests only accommodated for weekend rotation
• 48 guaranteed hours per week requirement
• 8-week contract length starting as soon as possible
• Every other weekend and holiday required unless given time off approval
• Float to Med Surg or cardiac units with lower ratios and may float throughout all in-patient areas
• May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance
• Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 in 59-bed ICU unit
• Required certifications: KY/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• EKG test required for all RNs during compliance process
• Minimum 2 years specialty experience required
• MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience
• Level I or Level II ICU skillset required
• CareView/EPIC charting experience preferred, on-site training provided
• Must be hard worker, resilient, manage change well, social, reliable, and team-player
• Royal blue scrubs required
• 75 mile radius rule applies
• Manager phone interview and MSP interview required
