Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work on a 25-bed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry acuity adaptable unit
• Patient ratios vary from 1:5 to 1:6 based on patient level of care needs
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
• Recent EPIC and phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months required
• Must have nursing degree accredited through ACEN or CCNE
• Floating required as necessary based on census and available staff
• Charge RN experience highly preferred but not required - must be willing to train on charge duties
• Charge nurse responsibilities include taking patient assignment, Pyxis checks, crash cart checks, assigning admissions, acting as liaison to supervisor, assigning breaks and meals, and making assignments for next shift
• Solid black scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed
• Block schedules accommodated on case-by-case basis
• Interview required for position
