Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work in a 36-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit providing 24/7 nursing care
• Care for patients from adolescents (17 years and older) to geriatric populations
• Maintain 1:5/6 patient ratios in a fast-paced environment
• Float to other units as required
• Handle diverse patient assignments that may change throughout shifts
• Must have 2+ years of recent medical/surgical experience
• Epic experience within the last year required
• BLS certification required
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off accepted at submission
• Block schedules not accommodated
• Solid black scrubs required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Care for patients with general and surgical needs including general surgery, colorectal surgery, urology, women's health, gynecology, orthopedic, spinal/neuro, and trauma cases
• Provide care for women with obstetrical complications including preeclampsia, hyperemesis, and high-risk pregnancies
