Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work in a 30-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry acuity adaptable unit
• Patient ratios vary between 1:5 to 1:6 based on patient care needs
• Must have 2+ years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Must be willing to float to other units as needed
• Epic experience within the last 12 months required (must be listed on resume)
• Recent phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months required
• Must have accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• Solid black scrubs required
• Charge experience highly preferred but not required - willing to be trained if no experience
• Charge Nurse responsibilities include: taking patient assignments, pyxis checks, crash cart checks, assigning admissions, liaison to supervisor, assigning breaks and meals, making assignments based on care needs for next shift
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed with no RTO permitted during first two weeks of assignment
• Block schedules accommodated on case-by-case basis
• Interview required
