Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work block schedule on night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Operate Computerized Tomography and Radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic CT scans and radiographs under indirect supervision
• Evaluate images with Radiologist and take additional images as needed or requested
• Assist with procedures of an invasive nature
• Ensure all aspects of patient records are processed properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner
• Must be graduate of A.M.A. approved school of Radiologic Technology and registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio
• Ability to obtain CT registry within one year of hire required
• CPR certification required
• Must have manual dexterity to calibrate and operate equipment, position patients, and administer intravenous injections of contrast
• Ability to lift and position patients
• Utilize computer system and file system to facilitate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and hospital employees
