RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Provide nursing care for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond to patient calls and provide compassionate bedside care
