RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required
• Minimum 2 years emergency department RN experience required
• Unable to accommodate blocked schedules
• Must be comfortable providing care for pediatric patients
• Work in a 43-bed emergency department unit
• Utilize 5 fast track rooms for efficient patient flow
• Access to internal waiting room for patient comfort
• Work with 4 behavioral health swing rooms for specialized care
• Operate 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms for high acuity patients
• Handle high acuity cases despite not being designated trauma hospital
• Provide emergency care for patients of all ages including children due to pediatric hospital affiliation
