Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Floating requirement to all inpatient areas at both medical centers including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units
• Work in a 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mixed unit
• Care for patients with respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, DKA, and renal disorders
• ICU nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-3 patients
• Stepdown unit nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5 patients
• General inpatient areas nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6 patients
• ICU ratio of 1:2-3 patients when floating to ICU areas
