RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Minimum 2 years emergency department nursing experience required
• Must be comfortable and have experience caring for pediatric patients
• Unable to accommodate blocked schedules
• Work in high volume 38 bed emergency department with additional 5 fast track rooms
• Care for patients in 4 behavioral health swing rooms and 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms
• Handle high acuity patients in non-designated trauma facility
• Provide emergency nursing care for both adult and pediatric patient populations
• Work with internal waiting room system to manage patient flow
