Description

Our Client is currently seeking Dialysis for positions in Minden, Louisiana for a 3x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 shift.

The ideal candidate will possess a current Louisiana license. This is a RN position in the Acute Dialysis type:Dialysis. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN – Dialysis.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly, patient ratios are very manageable, patient community is very appreciative of you being there to care for them, staff believes in teamwork, low stress as there aren’t too many advanced services offered.

Cons

The schedule isn’t very flexible, the shifts can be very long as there isn’t much happening and anything serious gets sent out to a larger hospital, there can be a lot of worker pulled on to the RN because there are a lot of LPN’s on staff.
