Description

Float Cardiac Telemetry Nurse (RN Telemetry I)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Implement and monitor patient care plans; record and communicate patient conditions appropriately.
Coordinate care among all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Work requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a stressful environment.
Use personal protective equipment following Standard Precautions as required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience
Telemetry experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
NIH Certification
Valid Driver's License
