Description

Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical/Telemetry) - Long Term Assignment

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa
Employment Type: Long Term Assignment (approximately 26 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description

Position requires working holidays including Labor Day and Christmas 2026 (every other week).

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience, with experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Additional Information

Agency will provide specialty skills checklist for clinical contractors.
Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
No pay or bill rate information included.

This position is suitable for experienced RNs with Medical/Surgical and Telemetry skills seeking a long-term assignment with holiday coverage requirements.
