Lamar, Colorado

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Occasional weekend coverage for inpatient/swing bed evaluations

Setting

Multiple settings, including inpatient and outpatient

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS

Role Overview

Evaluate, consult, and treat patients
Supervise and instruct professional and supportive staff, volunteers, and students in physical therapy care
Perform patient assessments and reassessments
Maintain patient care records, including progress reports, daily notes, special reports, and supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants

Work Conditions

Fast-paced environment with deadlines, interruptions, and exposure to emergency situations
Requires manual dexterity, visual and hearing acuity, and the ability to lift and move patients or equipment weighing 20 pounds or more
