Chronic RN

Location

• Dawson, Georgia

Contract

• 13 weeks
• Start date: 2–3 weeks from offer
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 3 days per week

Schedule

• Day shift
• Approximate hours: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Open days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• May need to attend staffing meetings on Tuesday/Thursday
• Weekend rotation may be required based on client need

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Dialysis (2 years of experience)
• Dialysis experience within the last year
• BLS
• Experience in Charge roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior DCI experience preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as charge nurse
• Participate in care rounds with the physician
• Attend IDT meetings
• Report abnormal findings and document them
• Complete care plans and assessments
• Perform medication reconciliation
• Write monthly progress notes
• Perform tasks within scope of practice as requested

Floating

• May be asked to float to other clinics in the Albany area

On-Call

• No on-call required
