RN - Progressive Care Unit

Location

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

7PM - 7AM
Weekend and holiday availability required
No block scheduling

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
Telemetry experience
Experience in medication drips
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Job Summary

Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering patient care
Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families
Communicates pertinent patient and family information to the care team
Participates in resolving variances from patient goals and implementing solutions
