Description

Cardiac Cath / EP Technologist

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; one to two weeknight call shifts and every fourth weekend
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 40

Overview

This role supports cardiac cath lab and electrophysiology procedures, including TAVR and left atrial appendage closure.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sterile supplies, equipment, and patient access sites for procedures
Maintain sterile and aseptic technique during procedures
Monitor and record procedural data and maintain event logs
Support patient comfort during procedures
Manage post-procedure equipment and supply sterilization
Follow radiation safety practices and document fluoroscopy time and radiation doses

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of Cath Lab Radiology Technologist experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience
AART
Cardiovascular Technologist
BLS
ACLS
