Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Connecticut
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients

Preferred Qualifications

AORN preferred

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

License/certificate verification within 30 days of start
Resume, skills checklist within 1 year, and 2 professional references
Criminal background check, SSN verification, and education verification
EPLS and GSA/OIG screening
Joint Commission CORE exam within 1 year
Specialty-specific competency testing within 1 year
Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
Physical/health statement within the last year
Fit test within 1 year
MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, TB screening, and COVID-19 vaccine documentation
Confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity/audit, system access, and I-9 forms
Respirator evaluation and Trinity skills checklist for clinical contractors
