Home Health RN

Location: Barre, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, days; weekend rotation approximately every 4th week
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Overview

This role provides individualized, goal-oriented nursing care in the home health setting using the nursing process and physician orders. The RN also serves as case manager when acting as the lead discipline.

Required Qualifications

RN license
BLS/BCLS
COVID vaccination required, no exemptions
OASIS experience
Home health experience

Preferred Qualifications

Home care traveler experience with proficiency in OASIS
Homecare Home Base experience
